We take project management seriously and are involved from start to completion.

Our project department closely monitors each project – both from the office and on-site. The team plans, coordinates and follows up throughout the entire process.

We actively participate in site meetings and are present on the construction site to ensure progress, manage changes and stay in close contact with the client. This provides a structured project process with full transparency.

The project team works closely with both clients and installation teams to find the best solutions. One employee has special responsibility for documentation and quality assurance, ensuring that all requirements and standards are met.

Meanwhile, the production department coordinates tasks in the workshop so that everything is delivered on time and ready for installation. This allows project managers to fully focus on the project process with the client.

In this way, we ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
