About Us

Lolks Industrial Services is a production company specialising in structures and piping in stainless steel, carbon steel and plastic.

We deliver customised solutions for industry and offer expertise in consulting, project management, fabrication, installation and service. The company operates its own workshops and has experience from a broad portfolio of projects in Denmark and abroad. With fully equipped service vans, we install and maintain facilities across Europe.

We are certified to EN 1090 and ISO 3834-2 and have a dedicated QA department as well as a national welding coordinator. This ensures that we consistently meet the highest standards for quality, safety and traceability.

With 95% of our revenue related to green energy, we are a reliable and experienced partner for some of the major players in the sector. Our production is geared towards green energy and resource-efficient solutions, where high quality and thorough documentation are crucial, including:

• Biogas

• Carbon Capture

• Liquefaction

• Power-to-X

In addition, we manufacture and service complete water-treatment plants, and we install process equipment and flow-technology solutions for the food industry.

Lolks Industrial Services was founded as a sole proprietorship in 2014 by metalsmith Jeppe Lolk under the name Lolks Smede/Montage.

As the company grew and expanded its professional competencies, it changed its name to Lolks Industrial Services ApS in 2018 and added plastic as a new business area. In 2020, carbon steel became an integral part of the business, and with assignments for larger players in the industry, Lolks began to seriously move into the green energy sector.

In 2021, Morten Fabrin Hansen joined as a co-owner. He had already been part of the company since 2019, and with a background as an industrial technician, production technologist, and experience in management and administration, he strengthened the company’s strategic and administrative foundation. The combination of Jeppe’s technical insight and Morten’s organizational skills has since formed the basis for the company’s further growth journey.

In December 2023, Lolks moved to new, modern facilities in Skærbæk, providing optimal conditions for further growth and enabling continued high-quality delivery in their work. Today, the company has approximately 3,000 m² for production, storage, and administration and employs 40 people.
